Jimmy Choo From Head To Toe

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name Jimmy Choo? Shoes of course. But that could change from next year as we hear news that the brand has inked a deal with Inter Parfums to launch a fragrance in 2010.

Now this is not the first time we’ve been promised a Jimmy Choo perfume as the company previously had a license deal with French fragrance group, Selective Beauty (think Max Mara, Lolita Lempicka and Sonia Rykiel). Unfortunately Selective went into administration before anything could be launched. The deal with Inter Parfums is more likely to succeed given the strength of the company which owns brands like Burberry, Christian Lacroix and Paul Smith.

As yet there are no details on what to expect but hopefully it will be something out of the ordinary.
