Expect Fragrances From Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West

Parlux Fragrances Inc. (think Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson fragrances) has just announced a deal with hip-hop star Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter which the company believes will add at least $150 million to its top line over the next few years.

The deal, signed with Jay-Z’s company Iconic Fragrances LLC on Wednesday, will see the artist, together with Rihanna and Kanye West, both Iconic Fragrances licensees, receiving cash from royalties as well as profit sharing and warrants to buy Parlux stock. The deal is also said to include another unnamed female star rumoured to be Jay-Z’s wife, Beyoncé. Remember she’s no stranger to fragrance herself having been chosen as the face of Armani’s Emporio Diamonds fragrance.

Parlux is planning on launching the Rihanna and Kanye West fragrances in the summer of 2010 and expects to introduce more fragrances by Jay-Z and the mystery fourth celebrity the following year.
